RANKS

Every Portal inhabitant has a rank in HeroesLands. The main criterion of rank definition is an amount of feuds that are owned by a player in corresponding Lands.

The inhabitant's rank imposes some restrictions for buying or selling monsters and feuds, and also for participation in tourneys and duels.

All inhabitants, except kings, can be members of clans. Clans can be headed only by inhabitants owning feuds.

The inhabitants having less than five feuds can play in Common tourney of their own choice either in Common league, or in Blitz-league; having five or more feuds, they always play in High league.

Landless knight is an inhabitant who has no feuds.

If a landless knight has no artifacts, he downloads himself initial (starting) saves of Common tourney. If he has artifacts, he receives personal starting save containing these artifacts within 7-10 days from the beginning of Common tourney.

Landless knights can buy first level monsters in the market, but monsters and resources from these mines are not inserted into the starting save.

Landless knights have a right to buy feuds in the Magistrate.

Only landless knights can take part in Landless tourneys.

Knight/Amazon is an inhabitant owning 1 or 2 feuds.

A knight can call out any Knight, Baron or clan member (view the section "Duels"). A knight may buy in the market monsters of the first and second level in HeroesLands 3 and of the first level in HeroesLands 4.

Knights have a right to buy feuds in the Magistrate.

Baron/Baroness is an inhabitant owning 3 or 4 feuds.

A Baron can call out a Count, a Baron or a clan member. A Baron can buy in the market monsters of the first, second and third level in HeroesLands 3 and of the first and second level in HeroesLands 4.

Barons have a right to buy feuds in the Magistrate.

Count/Countess is an inhabitant owning 5-7 feuds.

A Count can call out a Count, a Marquis or a clan member. Counts can buy in the market monsters from the first to the fifth level in HeroesLands 3, from the first to the third level in HeroesLands 4.

Counts can sell feuds, but they can't lose their title, i.e. amount of feuds mustn't be less than 5.

After participating in Common tourney, a count gets 5 @ for each feud.

Marquis/Marquise is an inhabitant owning 8-10 feuds.

A Marquis can call out a Marquis, a Duke, a clan member or a Magister. A Marquis can buy in the market monsters from the first to the sixth level in HeroesLands 3, from the first to the fourth level in HeroesLands 4.

Marquises can sell feuds, but their amount must be not less than 5.

After participating in Common tourney, a Marquis gets 10 @ for each feud.

Duke/Duchess is an inhabitant owning 11-14 feuds.

A Duke can call out a Duke, a King, a clan member or a Magister. A Duke can buy in the market monsters from the first to the seventh level in HeroesLands 3 and from the first to the fourth level in HeroesLands 4.

A Duke can sell and buy feuds but so that they remain not less than 5.

After participating in Common tourney, a Duke gets 15 @ for each feud.

King/Queen is an inhabitant owning more than 15 feuds.

A King can call out a Duke, a King, a clan member or a Magister. He can buy monsters of any level in the market.

A king can buy and sell feuds; besides, he can give feuds to any inhabitant. But he can't lose his title, i.e. amount of his feuds must be not less than 15.

After participating in Common tourney, a King gets 20 @ for each feud.

No King can be a clan member. If a clan member becomes King, he must leave the clan.

A special king's privilege is the right to have his own flag. It must be a GIF image 98x110 pixels in size, with transparent background.

One more privilege of the king is a right to order to examine the results of any 5 landless knights or knights of his lands in High league instead of Common league or Blitz-league of Common tourney. The king is to order it not later than in a week after the beginning of Common tourney by sending a letter to the tourney presenter. The presenter notifies the inhabitants within three that their results of this tourney will be examined in High league.

An index number is added to King's name (nick). When a player becomes King for the first time, he's given index number I. If the king loses his title (it can only occur after losing a duel), but then he gets it again, his number becomes II etc.

Magisters are organizers and site's administrators. A magister receives 1000 @ a month and has not less a feud in each Lands (so called magister's feuds).

Magisters can participate in any tourneys, except Landless tourney. A magister owning less than 5 feuds (including magister's one) plays in Common or Blitz- League of Common tourney if he has 5 feuds and more, he plays in High League.

A magister who is not a clan member can refuse duels all time (magister immunity). If a magister has only a magister's feud, he can't be called out. If a magister is a clan member and has 2 feuds and more, he has to accept a challenge.

A magister has a right to call out any player who has a feud, but only if he has 2 feuds (including magister's one) and more himself.

A magister having less than 5 feuds can buy in the market monsters from the first to the third level in Heroes 3 and of the first and the second level in Heroes 4. If he has 5 feuds and more, he can buy any monsters.

After participating in Common tourney of High League, a magister gets for each feud the same sum of arroba like a usual player owning an amount of feuds (5-7 feuds - 5@, 8-11 - 10@, 11-14 - 15@, 15 and more - 20@).
