3. General conditions.

The clan was born on the 17th of March 2007.
Clan is developed for faster upgrowth of skills, wealth and morale qualities of its members.
Important aim of clan is to deserve glory and respect in Heroes lands.
Internal and external policy decisions are accepted by the majority, and all members of a clan are obliged to obey this decision
The clan can be dismissed in case of absence of feuds, under the direct decree of magistrate or by will of its three and more members.
At the beginning the clan active operates in Heroes lands III, but in the future is possible the expansion in other lands.
If one member has left the clan because of achieving rank “King”, the clan finds the replacement of him, and provides king with support in Royal wars.
Once a year, after celebrating the birthday of clan, approximately from 18th till 25th of March, the council of clan decides about making changes in the rule of clan. These changes can occur in any point of rule, including position and status of any member of the clan.


4. External policy of clan.

The clan is not aggressive, but always ready for defence and offence by the decision of council.
The preference is given to fair fight, not necessarily noble if it is favourable in present circumstances, but definitely the fight must be fair.
Depending on situation, the clan can make or cancel any agreements if it is favourable for the clan.
In case of aggression towards any member of clan, it is considered as the aggression to whole clan, and every member has to make everything possible to counter the aggression.
Clan can have assistants or followers, which officially are not in the clan.

5. Inner policy of clan.

Clan is united society, every member of clan thinks about it as about himself.

6. The economics of clan.
1. Finances of clan consist of finances of its members.
2. The expenses of clan are divided solidairy between its members.
3. Each member of the clan can give all his property (feuds, artefacts or monsters) to any other member of the clan, if it is not in conflict with the rules of magistracy.

This rule is mandatory for every member of the clan, and every member takes an oath to fulfil it until by the decision of the council this rule will not be cancelled and admitted other.
